We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a small shipping fee may apply. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Yes! After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to track your order’s journey. If you haven’t received the tracking details, please contact us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition. An unboxing video is required for all returns and exchanges.
